Who we are

Calm Pals is made by Ilé, a product family from CiVallo Technologies LLC.

Who Calm Pals is for

Calm Pals is for children ages 2 to 8. A parent or caregiver uses it with the child.

What we collect

Nothing. Calm Pals requires no account. It collects no personal information through the app.

What the app does not have

• No analytics
• No ads and no ad trackers
• No in-app purchases
• No accounts
• No access to your location, contacts, photos, or microphone
• No email collection and no mailing list

What stays on your device

If you set up the communication board or add “What Helps My Child” cards, that information stays on your device. Calm Pals does not send it to CiVallo or to our servers.

We do not operate an account system, analytics, advertising, or cloud database containing anything you enter in Calm Pals.

If you delete the app

Deleting the app deletes the information it stored on your device. Note: if your device backs up to iCloud, backup copies may still exist under Apple’s policies.

Apple’s own data collection

Apple may separately collect diagnostic, crash, App Store, or TestFlight information under Apple’s own privacy policy. That collection is Apple’s, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what the app collects, uses, stores, or shares, we will update this policy before those changes take effect.
